be sent in up to 30 days after your new handset purchase

OFFER DETAILS
This offer is valid only with the purchase of select devices
with a new activation on a qualified rate plan from eAccess
Solutions, Inc. Trade in credit is issued on a one for one
basis (one trade-in credit per new activation purchase). Your
account must be active on the qualified rate plan when the
trade-in credit is processed to be eligible. Account must
remain activated for 6 months from the purchase date to be
eligible or a Trade-In credit chargeback will occur.
Limit of only one Trade-In per wireless phone number. If
requesting more than one Trade-In credit, you must complete a
separate form for each request. There is a maximum of five
Trade-In credits per name or address for consumers and a
maximum of one hundred Trade-In credits for Business. Your
wireless products cannot be returned once Trade-In credit
fulfillment form has been submitted. eAccess is not
responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected, or postage
due mail. Illegible, fraudulent, and incomplete forms will be
considered invalid and ineligible. Trade-In credit will be
applied within 2 weeks from the time your request is
processed. Offer good only in the U.S. and void where
prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted by law. Rebate
recipient must be a legal U.S. resident, 18 years of age or
more. |
