Remote BES Administration:
eAccess performs the following tasks with respect to individual BES user
accounts:
Adding user to the specified BES
Removing user from the specified BES
Transferring a user from one BES to another
Associating user with the appropriate IT policy group and sending policy
Moving user from one IT policy group to another
Setting and re-setting user wireless activation passwords
Resetting device passwords
Re-adding user to the BES
Issuing remote device lockdown and remote device kill commands

Remote BES Administration:
eAccess performs the following design and policy tasks:
Consult, design and implement IT policy settings according to customers
security and access goals
Weekly reporting of BES user statistics
Report handset asset information per customer request
Recommendation and implementation of IT policy changes to enhance BES
efficiency
Recommendation and installation of any RIM issues BES service packs
Installation of all BES license keys (eAccess can supply)
Remote BES health monitoring
using 3rd party software package (additional software fee and
access privileges may be required)
Proofing and client push of handheld software applications
