FAQ - Identifying Your Handheld

1. I've heard that there is a RIM 850 Wireless Handheld™, RIM 950 Wireless Handheld™, RIM 857 Wireless Handheld™ and a RIM 957 Wireless Handheld™. How can I tell which one I own?

The RIM 850™ and RIM 950™ are pager-sized and the RIM 857™ and RIM 957™ are palm-sized. Refer to the pictures below if you are unsure which one you currently own.
