FAQ - Backup and Restore Tool

1. Some Address Book entries are missing. Why?

If it appears that some Address Book entries are missing after you import the entries from your desktop email application, check the following:
bulletYou have to import each set of entries separately. For example, if you use Microsoft Outlook and have entries in the Global Address List and the Personal Address Book, you need to import the entries from one list, then repeat the import procedure to add the entries from the other list.
