1. How do I replace or purchase additional docking cradles?

To purchase a cradle:

  1. Determine whether you require the RIM 950™ Docking Cradle, the RIM 850™ Docking/Charging Cradle, or the RIM 957™ and RIM 857™ Docking/Charging Cradle
  2. Find your ESN and PIN.
  3. Request a new cradle through the eAccessBack to top

 

2. How do I replace my battery cover?

To replace your battery cover:

  1. Determine whether you need a 2 or 3-prong battery cover. To do this, simply check if there is a lock at the back of your handheld. You require a 3-prong cover if there is a lock. If not, you need a 2-prong cover.

3. How do I replace my holster?

To replace your holster:

  1. Determine whether you require the RIM 850™ and RIM 950™ Holster or one of the RIM 857™ and RIM 957™ Holsters (Plastic Swivel or Leather type).
  2. Find your ESN and PIN.
